ISAGER SILK MOHAIR is with its blend of silk and mohair a beautiful, soft and shiny yarn that has a fluffy structure. We use it primarily in knitting together with other yarns, but it is also beautiful on its own, especially in simple designs. Textured knitting will not be seen in the furry yarn unless it is knitted together with a smoother yarn. Silk Mohair is fluffy, and a fluffy yarn will always shed, both during knitting and in use. As a rule, the shedding will decrease over time, but you must be prepared for a certain amount of “shedding”. At Isager, we are very aware that our yarn is made of long mohair fibers of the finest quality, which makes shedding less.
