Hi! I'm Vanessa!

My name is Vanessa Palaico and I am the owner/operator of Knitcessities, Orlando’s yarn store. I live in Orlando, Florida with my husband of 25 years and our two boys.

After working 27 years in the insurance industry, I decided it was time to pursue my passion for crafting and Knitcessities was born.

I have crafted all my life and started crocheting when I was 5 years old. That later lead to crossstitch, knitting, and many other crafts.

My objective is to provide high quality crafting goods and services which includes knitting/crochet products as well as other crafting supplies for crossstitch, embroidery, and beyond. I hope my love for all things crafty shines through as you visit my store and/or website.
